State Lead Team
The State Lead is a pivotal role accountable for government liaising, strategic planning, implementation, and expansion of project strategies for Sol's ARC. Responsible for building team capacity, managing program operations, and ensuring program success in alignment with defined scope and indicators.
Curriculum & Capacity Building Team
The primary responsibilities of this role include crafting and creating training modules, delivering training sessions to government school teachers, special educators, and affiliated organizations. Additionally, providing academic assistance to government resource teachers, special educators, and relevant personnel is a key aspect of the position. Furthermore, offering technical guidance to state authorities for the development and execution of inclusive education plans and strategies is also part of the role's mandate.
