Sensitive personal information and other Personal Information collected will be used as follows:

  1. Name: We will utilise the user’s name to customise any messages provided to the user.
  2. The E-mail address and home address: Your email address will be used to send you frequent information about Sol’s ARC activities and events. In addition, you will receive updates on the monthly newsletters issued by Sol’s ARC via your e-mail address. Your e-mail address/residence address will be used to convey any donation confirmation/acknowledgement.
  3. Phone number: The phone number will be used as an alternate means of contacting the user for updates on Sol’s ARC activities and events, as well as to offer updates on Sol’s ARC newsletters.
  4. Credit card/debit card/wire transfer information: Credit card/debit card/wire transfer information is only gathered to secure the donor’s donations (s).

We do not require personal information to obtain access to most of the Websites site. We collect personal information from our visitors on a voluntary basis. Questions or comments submitted by visitors may also include in personal information.
